Is this edible?

Trying to expand my tortoises diet of things that are in my yard. I have a few things I'm always her that I know are ok but would like to see if there's more out there she could be eating. Any help is so appreciated and thank you in advance.

I believe the 3rd pic is ragweed, I don't know it's name, but the plant in the last pic grows tall, none of my tortoises eat it or the ragweed.

The last one is horseweed. They don't eat it.
