The leaves of citrus fruit trees, like grapefruit, are not recommended on the tortoise table plant database.

The tree is a crepe myrtle. I'm not sure if it's edible for your tortoise though

Better news on that one then. The tortoise table says Crepe Myrtle leaves can be fed in moderation
