Is American burnweed safe?

I sent garden compass a picture and identified it as burnweed. I have tried to find out if it is safe to feed but no where mentions it.

Not toxic, however not palatable.

There grows like crazy in someplace in the yard! I hate the way it smells... My sulcta doesn't eat it, but I leave it be because it won't harm anything if they do nibble.
