My tortoises shell is pyramiding and I know it. I've tried everything. I spray the tank down twice a day, I have plants in her enclosure, and I soak her. I don't know what else to do. Help!!

If there's pyramiding going on, this means the shell is growing in a dry environment. It will help a lot if you can moisten the substrate, then cover the habitat to keep the moist air inside. As the heat dries out the substrate it moistens the air. So you want it nice and warm and humid. Don't allow it to get too cool.

Can we see pictures of your tortoise, please?

(Incidentally, spraying the substrate doesn't really moisten it, as the small spray droplets quickly evaporate and it doesn't get the substrate moistened)
