Yes, Vic (emysbreeder) says that the tortoise is phayrei, and he wants to know if you got it in a market or if it is a wild tortoise.

The tortoise was born in 1998 at a Swiss breeder and was imported in France in 2002.
I have a sister and a brother which(who) were identified phayrei.
