Orchid bark is good.
In your previous post you mentioned that you didn't think this was the right substrate for a sulcata but it is the one recommended by most of the forum users on here and I've switched to it and it's much easier to spot clean and retain moisture.
I will see if I can buy some thank for your advice I’m not sure where to buy it from

Do you think he would eat it because he’s month is quite big and I don’t want him to get it stuck in he’s Throat

Read it carefully because it will tell you a great deal about the basics - diet, temps, substrate, humidity etc. It is the most up to date information you'll find and a good starting point for caring for your tort.
Then if you have any questions there'll always be someone around to help.
