Hello, I'm trying too keep humidity stable for my lil guy but I'm afraid it's just not reaching the level it should. Any suggestions on how to effectively raise the humidity level?

You could buy a humidifier or make one. If you decide to make one there are many ideas on youtube.

Use a closed chamber. It is a frustrating, futile task to try to do this in an open topped enclosure with heat lamps and such.

Well, he has a wire top lid for his aquarium that hit UVB light bar and day and night heat lamps set on. I can clip those on the side, but what to do with the light bar?
