How much food and Poop

Hello, have owned my sulcata for about a week and a half now. He seems alot less shy and spend alot of time out of his little home and walking around.

Hes been eating a litte pile of mixed leafy greens/ grass fresh cut from lawn 1-2x a day and has been pooping every other day when i bathe him (also expells all urates).

I was wondering what the healthy amount of food should be fed and how often they should be going to the bathroom.

I feed all of my tortoises as much as they will eat. I feed in the morning. If it is all gone after work I give more, and feed more the next morning.
Daily or every few days for poo is normal.

They need to graze all day at will . Put more than you think it can eat ,then cut back as necessary .
