Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask how this Testudo graeca ibera looks to you?
According to the ad, she is 5 years old and only lived inside.
I asked them what lighting and diet they used, her enclosure
is a bit bleak.

I am also not sure if the hind leg thats showing is not too weak
Thanks.
She looks fine, defintely has been kept indoors based on the color/contrast and growth, but looks like she has been raised well, no pyramiding or obvious accelerated growth. The enclosure is a bit small but not bad other than that. As far as it being "bleak", tortoises need space, not decorations.

Thank you. The smooth growth caught my eye, but I wanted an opinion from someone with more experience. Would she be more light if she was outside?
I am sorry for the misunderstanding, I did not mean decoration but stuff like foodplants and hides (though the hay is prob both) and water
:)

YAY :) Get back into the tortoise world!

Sent from my TFOapp

Seriously, I miss it so much. Most of my free time I have been researching on breeders, products, distributors, husbandry and species that make sense to have here.
There are a lot of Thb, Tm and Greeks here and I think it would be best to
give an older one a new home.

The owner got back to me and said that its a boy :)
Apparently he is around 16cm (6"?) and was sometimes outside in the summer. The lamp in the inside enclosure is a heat lamp. Hope they come back to me about the diet.
Is the size okay for a 5 year old Greek?

Smart move looking for a tort that can be easily managed where you are. ;)

Let us know when you get one!! :D "Bruce" and "Hal" send their love!

I'll let greek owners chime in about his size.
