Horsefield Tortoise

I have a 10 year old Horsefield tortoise called Stan. He has recently stopped eating and is spending a lot of time sleeping. He has done this in previous years and each year i worry. Is he just trying to hibernate even though its summer or should i take him to the vets for a check up.

Temps, basking, all over, night?
Exact Type of lighting and heating you use?
Humidity?
Diet?
How often soak?
Post pics of him and his enclosure.
Do you get him outside or only inside?

I agree with Barb. A review of the enclosure parameters and care routine might reveal possible causes for your issue.
