Okay new light came in and is installed. Since temps weren't staying up I added a lower watt ceramic heat bulb as well. Humidity was only at 50% so I moistened the substrate.. put towel over top and it's gradually rising. Right now up to 70! Lowest temp in enclosure is now 79.9 bhottest is under lamps at 96. I moved one of his hide areas to the lamps.

If you would cover it with plastic (like a cheap shower curtain) it would hold the heat and moisture in a lot more effectively than an absorbent towel !
