Our Hermann is egg bound she has layed 4 or 5 eggs but one is hung up the vet thinks the egg may be attached to her tubes. Has anyone had experience of this. Our tortoise is 80 years old plus the vet has given her a course of 5 calcium injections so far there is no,sign of the eg moving.

I'm so sorry this is happening. I don't know what to tell you. But I'm happy you have a vet to help you with it. Keep the tortoise warm and hydrated. Soaking her in warm water daily for at least a half hour may help.

My mother in law found her and we belive she was approx 10 years old then. My mother in law looked after her for 60 years and we have had her for 10 years now.
