Help what sex is my tortise?

Hi ithink my tortise flash is a boy he is only 2 so i now thats a bit young to tell the sex but i am sure he is male if i take some pics of the underneath and the tail could people please tell me what sex they think

Well underneath is curved a little and also the tail is quite long is hope that helps as well with guessing and thank you for taking time to guess

Because I have the paper work with it and it hatched in 2013 it might not be 2 but must be nearly 2
