HELP (soil)

I want to put a mix or coconut coir and soil in my tortoises enclosure but I have no idea on what type of soil brand is safe for my Russian some please help

Natural soil with no perlite or any other added things.
Top soil or standard potting soil.

I use coco coir and Orchid bark or coco husk. I do not trust any of the bagged soils or dirt. Besides dirt is messy.

Is it for indoors or outdoor enclosure? Unless you want to grow plants directly in the substrate you don't really need soil, just use the coir. If outdoors I'd just leave the native dirt

Other than the native soil that is sitting where I want to put an outdoor enclosure, I would not use store bought bags of soil for substrate. There is no way to know what its made of and if its toxic or not.
