Help me please!! (nose bubbles)

So my tortoise is blowing bubbles from his nose and he keeps scratching his nose and now there is a little white thing on my tortoise noise and he keeps making noises like he is trying to blow his nose

Set him up in a smaller hospital enclosure and raise the temperature to 80-85°F overall, day and night.

Please tell us how you have the tortoise set up, inside or outside diet, etc.

The white patch on his nose is just from the mucous.
