HELP LITTLE FLIES???

Hi All,
Just wondered a couple of things? I did just notice today but have saw the odd one these
little flies that look like fruit flies they come out of the dirt? Like I said I have see the odd
one but yesterday and today saw quite a few more? Anyone know what they are and will they
hurt Sunny? When I was a tarantula breeder their were these little guys there was a name for
them they were not fruit flies but live in the dirt all T breeders said the were good just like
some mites help with clean up? I really never like ANY bugs or mites in any of my animals cages?
One other thing Sunny will not eat his cuttle bone so I wondered would it be a good idea and
ok to sprinkle some over his food? He does take a multi vit would that be to much calcuim? Thanks

Gnats maybe? I use these
It's a fly catcher that they fly in and get stuck to. In a week all the gnats were gone.
