I think what you have are ‘ fungus nats ‘ sounds gross haha. They are tiny flies that lay eggs in the moist soil. I have a lot of plants in my place and whenever I water them they appear. They’re eggs can last a long time and just wait for any moisture to hatch. They are harmless - just a pain in the butt !
