Help! Is this shell rot??

I'm wondering if these small white spots on Roxie's shell are just a part of her pattern or is they are the start of shell rot. She has a heating light and UVB light, a great eater and loves to explore. Also I clean her water bowl every day, it's dirty in the picture because she just got in. If it is shell rot it may be from me keeping the ground too wet from trying to maintain humidity. But I hope it's just a part of her shell pattern!

Does not look like shell rot. That is just where there is less pigment coming in with the new keratin growth. Kind of like a marbling, but less pronounced.
