My sulcata always has his eyes closed what's up with that ?

Sounds like he's sick. Have you read the "important threads" at the top of the Sulcata section?

Is he warm enough?

Yea temps are all good

Like he opens is eyes when ever I take him out and let him graze

What type of UVB bulb do you have? If it is the pig tail coil type...they can blind your tort! MVB is the best.

Tube bulbs are the best!!! Stand clear of coil type bulbs!!!
