The white stuff is just the urate in the urine. Perfectly normal.

The white stuff is urates, totally normally and a good thing.

If those goes more solid (like gritty toothpaste), then is the time to start worrying, but at this point it's fine.

...and may I suggest before you get yourself all upset when you see something new or different that you do a search and see if your problem has been talked about before. We have a sticky entitled, "My tortoise pooped out some white stuff" and that should have been a common enough title to show up in a search - white stuff in urine, etc. But there are quite a few threads about the white stuff and any number of them would show up in a search.
