Hey everyone! My name is Joleen and I live in central NY with my two Redfoot tortoises. They are both rescues. One is about eight inches long and her name is Ember, and the other is a hatchling and does not have a name yet. Both have suffered extreme dehydration at the hands of others, but both are doing much better now with lots of TLC and the help of my good friend and vet. Ember has made a complete recovery, and the little hatchling is in the process of turning around and has made a lot of progress. Ember is essentially a princess and will do anything for food, and the little baby is completely fearless and somehow moves everything that gets in her way. They are the highlights of my life and I'm excited to share them with others who understand.
