Hi, everyone,

I am living in North Carolina. I have 0,0,1. It's a 4 month Greek (normal color). This is my first tortoise. I am a bit nervous about this baby, I hope he will be happy with me. I have learned about how to keep a tortoise as pet for about 2 months before I finally made a decision to have one.

Welcome and your in the right spot to keep up with all the
new info regarding torts.

Nice to hear you did your homework before bringing home your
new baby. They can be quite fragile in the beginning but
keep a watchful eye and you should be fine. I was like you when we
brought our hatchling redfoot home, very nervous and worried I'd get
the husbandry wrong.
Anyway good luck and keep us posted on how your little Greek
is doing.
Oh any name yet?

Hi Hpfirework, I love the Rat.
Strange pair to have seeing as rats are one of the worst predators for torts. How do they get along?

Haha, they don't know each other's existence. My rats are vegetarians, I don't feed them animal products.
