#1 is definetely a male to me, and I'd guess #2 to be a female at this point but not a definite so just keep monitoring "her" and re-post her pictures after another year or two.
I agree with everyone else. The first is definitely a male the second could still go either way. I have had animals that looked like females that in their third year turned into males.
