Hello! I know this is late but, Where did you get your tortoises? Im looking for tortoise breeders in sweden.

Those are some very nice enclosures on which I am slight jealous about

I experience the same issues as Maria. The hibernating part is easy here in Belgium and I also have my ceramic heaters on most days during the summer. Only when it is 25C up they stay off but that's maybe 10 days a year

But when the heaters are on they are very active and wander around on cooler days as well.
