Greek Tortoise Hatchling

I recently purchased a greek tortoise hatchling. I am looking for any information anyone can provide me with, especially for his setup. I have a wooden cage, with a plexi glass front. It has a built in hide on one end. I have a uvb strip light over the top and a heat lamp on the end by the hide; the end seemed way too cold compared to everywhere else. What else should I add?

I got him on Monday Dec. 23. On Saturday Dec. 28, I noticed orange lines on his shell, from the sides to underneath. He is eating, drinking and pooping normal. Any ideas?
