Grass seed advertised on tv

Good day all I was wondering when trying to finish my yard and out door enclosures for my Torti could i use types of grass like Scott's or the stuff that bob villa is pimping called grassology or anything that claims will grow on concrete? There's a little bell in my head going off saying that its probably not good for them but I wanted to know other have used them and/or if I'm being paranoid.

I was wondering about Villa's grass too because of the supposedly deep roots. But I've found the very best grass mixture for tortoise grazing pastures is a pasture mix from a feed store that caters to cows and horses. To that I'll add the broad leaf seed mixture that Tyler sells at Tortoise supply. He's a sponsor of the forum and sells stuff online.

I guess I should amend my statement. If you have the type of tortoise that prefers broad leaf over blade, then don't use the pasture mix at all, just go with Tyler's broad-leaf seed mixture.
