Got new plants need help

I got new ferns for my eastern box turtle habitat just wondering is ther any special care needed to keep them alive. also how much activity should I expect out of my baby box turtle 4 months after he hatched?

Baby box turtles are pretty shy because they are prey. The more you interact with him the sooner he'll realize he's safe with you. I dig mine up every morning and put them into a little bowl of warm water. While they're soaking, I prepare the food and place it in the habitat. How about some pictures? I love little box turtles!
