Ok so being an owner of a pet that most people don't have, I was wondering what are the weirdest questions from people that you've gotten?
For example the other day someone asked me if my tort came out of his shell! [FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY]
Or any funny stories?

My neighbor is Puerto Rican and her english is near perfect except for the occasional "how do you say...?" or "what is the word for...?" and I always jokingly tease her for it
Anyways when I first showed her my sulcata she asked "Oh wow, is that an Earth tortoise?" What she really meant to ask was if it lived on land or water. I just replied with "Oh no, this one came from mars!"
