This has probably been one of the worst year I had with turtles production wise.
Out of every turtle I own, one female box turtle laid a total of thirteen eggs this year. No big deal to me, one good egg is a win in my book, but I was surprised the aquatic turtles didn't lay.
I did have to move the box turtles suddenly last year, so the new area could be a factor and we had weird weather.
Originally I thought I lost all of the babies due to our power going out consistently all summer and my incubator shorting out and cooling the eggs into the 30'.
Glad to say out of the 13, 8 were still good and hopefully hatching soon. These babies should be super vibrant, because their parents are stunning. Can't wait to watch some of them grow(I promised myself not to kero them all...again).
