I have a 12 gallon aquarium which I use to keep my 2 turtles (each size 2").

I use a 30 gph submersible filter, but I think it doesn't do a proper job. I can use a bigger filter, but problem is it will create too strong current for my turtles. Can anyone help to recommend type of filter and size to use for my aquarium?

Thank you.

A TetraFauna ReptoFilters may work well in a small tank like this. One type does 90 gph and the larger one does 125 gph. They both have refillable filter bags you can fill with amnocarb and output is cascade type. They work in as little as 2" of water.

Thank you,I will search the site and see the filter type. I don't live in us, so I don't think I can buy from that site.
