My dad and I got this gadget off ebay a few years ago. It's a worm shocker. We originally got it so we could have all the worms in the world to go fishing with, but the ground wasn't always moist enough for the prob. I love using it this time of year on days the ground is nice and soft and the turtles love it.

Well there's a shocker, something from Fleabay works!

LOL, Kerry would be proud of me......that was a major pun, for me anyway.

The electro-wormer( an extension cord with the end cut off and split 8' wide with a half of a coat hanger attached to either bare end and shoved in damp ground 6-10' apart....then plug it in.

IF you build it, they will come,

NO, don't stand between the electrodes!

Yup, not quite the lesson I taught to my kids about this but it does work in damp ground....and it CAN be dangerous if you use line voltage....

Pro Tip;
rubber soled shoes

That's a cool way to get worms....that most of us forgot!

Me and the dogs got a free sample of those volts when I first got it
