Does shell look ok?

Do you think my Indian star's she'll looks ok she is about 9months old now, I noticed between the segments that they are lighter is that just where her shell is growing?

That is where the active growth cells are. The coloring of the shell is often affected by environmental conditions. We see the difference quite often in rescue tortoises that have never been outside. Once they get some natural uv they will change color. For this actively growing baby you will see that the area you mentioned will become darker in between growth spurts.

Looks great so far.

As was said, the light coloring you are seeing is new shell growth. It will darken over time.
