Does shell look ok?

That is where the active growth cells are. The coloring of the shell is often affected by environmental conditions. We see the difference quite often in rescue tortoises that have never been outside. Once they get some natural uv they will change color. For this actively growing baby you will see that the area you mentioned will become darker in between growth spurts.

HELP!!! I really do not know what's going on with her shell the white line is a little squishy and some sort of shell cavity I don't know!!! Please tell me your info!!! :) thanks

Looks great so far.

As was said, the light coloring you are seeing is new shell growth. It will darken over time.
