I recently took in an adult sulcata and am having trouble finding a vet who can help with his health issues and help me provide the best care for this guy.
We have a number of members on here with a great deal of experience through running rescues and some vets too. If you expand on the problems perhaps we can help.

Big welcome to the Forum. Id recommend that before you spend a lot of money at a vet visit, that you upload some pix of your tort and describe what health or other issues that you're concerned with. There are many MANY experienced Sulcata owners and breeders here with 1000's of hours of experience that just might be able to provide you with the BEST advice ((for free).
Again welcome, and start asking some questions and upload some pix of your Sully.
Where in Oregon? There's a lot of ground to cover here. I'm in Eugene and I have used River Road/Santa Clara and McKenzie on 54th-ish in Springfield for my lizard needs. None of my Redfoots have had a reason to be seen yet, but I would likely return to Mckenzie first.
Erin,
Have you spelled on one of the three, (3) vets that are posted in this here thread of yours? If you do, please supply everyone with your feedback/gut feeling as well as the vets diagnoses. Ok?
