Do bubbles always mean Respiratory infection?

Chuy is eating bok choy and all of a sudden a bunch of small bubbles came out of his left nostril. Can this be due to the food he is eating? I am worried.

No. This is common with some foods, like opuntia cactus pads. Can happen during soaks too.

Be sure your night box is staying over 80 at night.
