cut on her neck

when i first bought i seen something on her neck and thought it was not. today my mom told me that she was bleeding from the same spot. what could it be

looks like just alittle cut was she housed with other torts ? you can put some antibiotic on it it sould help

no she the only one and before i bought her there were other turtles in the same display tank at the pet store. what kind of antibiotic should i use?
