I bought Rambo Cypress mulch and coconut coir for his substrate. I don't have a bucket to expand the coconut coir in, I'm not sure how much 7-8 liters will be so any suggestions on what I can expand it in?

Thanks!

I expanded some Eco earth and it filled a five gallon bucket pretty solidly...so any container about that size should work okay for expanding the coconut coir.

I use a rubbermaid tub when I expand mine. My bf gets mad when I just put it in the bathtub :p

You know those plastic dressers? I used a drawer from one of those, next time I'll probably use the trash bags :) I have a feeling the drawer will be to small haha :p

Just kidding :p The drawer Seems to be perfect!

ANOTHER QUESTION?:
I think I put too much water in it. What should i do? Haha :p

I have 2 other bricks FYI, should I break off a chunk of another brick?

You can squeeze it and get some of the water out. That stuff explodes, I guess we could have warned you! :D I dipped half my brick into water and then just ripped the wet chunk off. Worked for me! LOL!!!

Just leave it in the drawer and mix it around every couple of days... It will dry out eventually ;)
