I have a ton of cane cholla and wanted to know it I can feed the flowers to both my boxie and red foot? What about the fruit, although I do not know the fruit is widely eaten by humans unlike prickly pear fruit... which, by the way, I found one growing on my property with dozens of flowers and soon fruit!

Cholla flowers are not toxic, but I really doubt a box turtle would eat them. Try it and see.
