Can you bring a Russian Tortoise to the beach?

I wouldn’t. The sand would be terrible for them, and there’s probably all sorts of nasties he could pick up.

No, please don't. Sand impacts in the gut if it is ingested.

Your tortoise is happiest and healthiest in a familiar enclosure with all 4 feet on the ground. New surroundings stress them out as they worry about being predated, eaten and about other tortoises turfing them out. Leave your tortoise in its enclosure and enjoy the beach with human company

I have a an excellent dog sitter that was more than happen to come soak and feed my baby Russian. I think they both enjoyed it way too much

Is it possible? I want to take my tortoise to the beach this summer but I'm not sure if its allowed, or if they cant
Well you CAN, but he wouldn’t like it. The sand is very, well, sandy! He’d probably think the seagulls are out to get him, and they probably would be! I would reccomend against it. Hope that helped!
