no, looks like that lamp is only good for 50 watts. Besides that, it's a plastic base. The MVB requires to be mounted in a ceramic base.

I'm planning on getting a Zoo Med PowerSun UV Mercury Vapor Lamp 100 Watts, can I use this clamp for it?

I wouldn't get a MVB. They are temperamental, unreliable, delicate, and some of them make way too much UV, or none at all. Some of them stop producing UV after 3 months. They are just not a good way to go.
