Lola has been doing this weird thing lately, when she eats aloe vera she blows bubbles through her nose. It really funny to watch but is it normal? Its only with aloe(which is her favorite).

Hi Taelor:

The other end of the tortoise's nostrils end up in the roof of its mouth, not down its throat. So when he is eating something that makes a lot of saliva, you may see bubble coming out the nose.

Sometimes a plum falls into my Russians pen and they go hog wild eating it - with juices running down their faces and bubbling out their nose. As long as his nose isn't running when he's not eating or drinking then he's fine. :)
