My girls will wake up and pick their head up looking for food whenever I try to take funny pictures.

Boxies have too much personality sometimes, my wifes cat used to be curious about them, but everytime she tried to approach they'd chase her. Cats do NOT like to be persued by potential prey.

She now avoids them completley. Actually she gives rocks their size and the Box turtle statues a wide distance when she walks by them.

FYI, the cats never socialize with the turtles without 100% supervision and even then, it is a brief unintentional interaction.
