Baking cookies with a Sulcata in my sink...

My husband is at a Gala tonight honoring a friend (pfft) and I am home alone our two youngest (7 & 11) and our twin foster babies (9 months old.) All the kids are bathed and in bed and I am now baking cookies for teacher appreciate week.

With a Sulcata.

Anyone else often think they are off their rocker at times?

The worst part? I AM TALKING TO HIM! Deep convos too.

Haha I don't cook with my tortoises in the sink . But I do talk to them .

I often take a bath while my tortoise is in a smaller tub next to me, we watch Netflix together, and even talk about characters!! I eat popcorn and he eats some nice cactus! Ahh, I love this forum.

We were talking serious tonight. "DUDE! You cannot be destructive when you are older and you need to lighten up and realize carrots won't kill you" type thing.

He rarely listens.

...and it is always nice to know you are not alone. I talk to ALL our animals (three dogs, two cats, ferret, betta fish, cockatiel and chickens.) My neighbors just roll with it...lol
