Baby salcata shell

I'm worried about my tortoise. We are new owners to a salcata. I'm worried about his shell. Please look and let me know what I need to do. Thank you

He's not getting the needed 80to 85% humidity. That's just the spot on his plastron where his egg sack was. I added a few Sulcata links, read them, they'll help a bunch, and keep asking questions.....
