Greetings...
They all look to be a mix of cactus/succulent mix of various types. Most are “ok” for a tortoise to nibble on, BUT, there are some that are not. This guide has some of those listed - https://www.thetortoisetable.org.uk...ords&searchtxt=Succulent&x=0&y=0#.XG0tt_9OmhA
This mix looks like it’s been taken straight from a garden center? That's the bad thing since you have no idea what it’s been sprayed with, what pesticides or fertilizers are present. It’s best to not place plants straight in unless you are sure they are not toxic, or don’t have additives present.
Hope that helps. Id remove, identify, and maybe even repot using clean new dirt and wait for some time before you place them back in..
Thank you will do!Decorative plants are all grown with systemic pesticides that last for a year in their tissues. If you want plants in the enclosure, you'll have to grow your own from seeds, cuttings from mature older plants, or use older, long established potted plants.
Also, that ramped water bowl is dangerous. You should replace it with a terra cotta plant saucer sunk into the substrate.
Aloe and jade plant are not toxic. Kalanchoe and the other succulent are.
