A big hello from Charlie and Tootsie

Hi, It's been quite a while since I lasted posted pics of T & C. They are now 4 1/2 years old and 920/1050g. Both male. Pic below is just after a nice soak.

Charlie has a smooth shell and loves to dig himself deep into the substrate. Tootsie is bumpy and is always sitting under the heating lamp. Both are housed in a closed chamber viv but will need to move to separate enclosures soon!

Hello Charlie and Tootsie!!!!!!!!!!!!! What absolutely beautiful tortoises!!! Such a wonderful shell. Tootsie looks more curious about what's going on. How big are they? It's kind of hard to tell in the picture.

They are about 9 inches and around 1000g. I doubt they'll grow any bigger.

It still amazes me how different their personalities are!! Charlie runs away from me as he doesn't like being picked up. Tootsie comes up to me and loves a scratch under the chin!!!
