I have two hatchings Fred and Ethel and right now I was planning on building each a 6'x12' outside enclosure. Is that a good size? They will only use this enclosure for a year because I will be finished with school after that and we will have to move to find a job.
I know that fall just started and they will not be using this enclosure until the spring, but I want to get started on it now so I can build a kennel like fence around it. Then have it ready to go once it warms up in the spring.

That is a great size for hatchlings and good for you to get started now. Make sure they have at least 2 hides and shade for next summer.
