Is my tortoise pyramiding??

I'm very concerned that my baby cherryhead is pyramiding. If he is why? And how can I prevent it from getting worse? it looks like it has some slight pyramding going on i'd replace the repta carpet with coco coir which would had humidity and decrease pyramiding

Yup! Gotta increase the humidity. It isn't bad at all now, So you won't even notice it if you get the humidity up now.

He looks great. The trick with RFs is to keep humidity high, but keep their plastron relatively dry so you don't get shell rot. This is most easily achieved in a closed chamber.
