I found a cheaper alternative to the $50 UVB repto light but im not sure if it will still work. Will this work ?? picture link below

It's not a UVB. So if you want it to replace a UVB, then no it won't work.

Hi cezcal20, and welcome to the Forum!

There IS NO cheaper alternative to a GOOD UVB bulb. The tube-type fluorescent UVB bulbs are cheaper, until you factor in the mounting for them, and I don't think they work as good as the MVB.
