Which mixes

I have a russian and i want to buy him a seed mix to plant in his enclosure that he can eat... I have looked at carolina pet supply ones and have also read about a Spring Mix seed mix that is really great. Any suggestions and/or links would be really helpful! Thx

I buy my seeds from carolina pet supply, The mixes they have are probably great however I just buy the types I want and mix together on my own that way I keep out the grasses.

I do what jjsull does, but recently I read a thread by Tom about a seed mixture he bought from Tortoisesupply.com, and I'm going to try that one too.
