Wheat grass + russian = cat like reaction

My boyfriend and I bought a small container of wheatgrass that was already 3" or so inches tall and put it inside of sky's enclosure.. To our surprise she ran over and started rubbing her face and neck on it like a cat and now won't let anyone touch it thought I would share the cuteness

I useit also but not as a staple it is a diaretic.mine Russian has it growing in his enclosure a d beds in it wile he nibbles so cute.we don't feed these torts enough grass Wichita should be most of there diet he is protecting it cause he needs it maybe.I tell people all the time to grow there own grass in irganic soil a d fish emulsian as a fertalizer.it grows like crazy and is the best food possible for a tort.all u need is a window sill t o grow it.my torts go nuts for fresh grass sprouts and I met some grow real high and get the braud bladed stalks and mix with the soft sprouts for added fiber. I also replanted clover and dandy.u should see them go for clover tops like piranas!lol
